PROJECTS

At Eastern Ontario ICF, we take great pride in our work and ensure the complete success of each of our ICF builds. Here are some of the projects we've worked on recently:

ICF FLOORS

Brockville location: Here we incorporated a retaining wall into a Legalett ICF shallow foundation system, a special engineered solution to meet this site's grading plan. There is a dropped garage level to create a step entrance door and an ICF slab on the grade, ready for the concrete pour. We also installed heating conduits and anchor bolts for the attachment of an exterior deck.

Chippego Lake cottage: A Legalett ICF slab was installed on the grade, ready for the concrete pour. The finished storey and a half ARXX ICF structure was beautiful.

ICF WALLS

Kingston location: We installed a complete ICF foundation for a 65-unit apartment complex.

Kingston/Gananoque: Installed retaining wall for a light commercial building and constructed a light commercial building.

Kingston Crawl Space/Rednersville (near Belleville): A crawl space in one of our projects in Kingston and a 2200 sq. ft residential project where we installed ICF from frost walls to underside trusses.

Seeley's Bay: An ICF installation we did for a raised bungalow.

Wolfe Island: An ICF project we did installing frost walls & basement, to main level underside roof trusses.
