PROJECTS

At Eastern Ontario ICF, we take great pride in our work and ensure the complete success of each of our ICF builds. Here are some of the projects we've worked on recently:

ICF FLOORS

Brockville location: Here we incorporated a retaining wall into a Legalett ICF shallow foundation system, a special engineered solution to meet this site's grading plan. There is a dropped garage level to create a step entrance door and an ICF slab on the grade, ready for the concrete pour. We also installed heating conduits and anchor bolts for the attachment of an exterior deck.

Chippego Lake cottage: A Legalett ICF slab was installed on the grade, ready for the concrete pour. The finished storey and a half ICF structure was beautiful.
